With all of the trials and tribulations of getting permissions and COA's etc. I saw this the other day when I was flight planning for a trip to take a 182 to Roswell. There is a permanent notice on the Albuquerque VFR sectional for UAS activity by the BNSF railroad from SFC-1200 AGL. The waters are still muddy, but this at least look encouraging.
