I wish they would allow for close proximity to other property if under a local government film permit. What is the difference between a drone and a 100 foot crane arm, big ass HMI lights being outside someones front window. I dont mind the provision of not directly over flying participants. I usually go out of my way not to do it, especially if the scene has 150 background with animals like horses.
