I upgraded to the new software and it said everything was complete. I then needed to pair it back with my DX7s. It wasn't pairing so i tried to do a factory reset. When i did that i tried to paid again but it didn't work. When i restarted my movi again, it just flash the green lights, and never actually turned on. I've let it sit for 10 minutes on and it still won't turn on.

The app can't connect to it and i dont have a light on the GPS anymore. I could never get a solid light on it when trying to pair it. I tried connecting from a mac and android tablet but still nothing. I have also tried 3 fully charged batteries.

I did put in a support ticket but anyone have a clue whats going on?!

Nick: Can you provide a little more information:

    1. Can you verify that you are using version 1.552 of the Configurator?
    2. Are you running the Configurator on a Mac, PC, or Android device?
    3. Do you think you actually did do a Factory Reset?
    4. Could you confirm the steps you were doing when you were trying to pair the receiver with the DX7s?
    5. What were the symptoms that you saw when the receiver was failing to pair?

    Thanks
    Andy.

    Hey Andy!

    1. Yes
    2. Mac and android
    3. I did it, not sure if it worked or not but said complete.

I emailed the support and they said i most likely bricked in and they have to send me a hard reset cable thing.

    Hi Nick:
Understood. Sounds like the magic cable is the solution.

    Andy.
