Something does seem odd about your balance and settings, however this shot would definitely be easier to achieve with a 2 man setup.
I got there eventually, added a 2s lipo right on top of the horizontal arm that the tilt motor is mounted too. Balanced everything out.

Played with the Ronin at NAB.. it weighed a ton (well not quite) but way more than the M15... no thanks, not even for 5 grand.
According to Tabb the horizon issue should be fixed with the new firmware. I haven't had time to upgrade yet however.
