I have no problems with overheating at all, of course my esc's are mounted on the top plate with a lot of air circulation.

Do you know what PWM timing you set? ran first tests at stock PWM timing and temps look really good.

Motor timing at "High" and PWM rate at 12 kHz and others I used outrunner mode and they seem to work

So for the U7 you set it to High, 12kHz and out runner mode?

You can only use 12khz or outrunner mode not both
