OK thank you for the update. Please update me with your next flight. The feedback is greatly appreciated. Being busy isn't a bad thing. Hope the trend continues.

I use TP 6600s 65C. I have a few well used that are 7 months old that get flight times consistent with my newer ones. I rarely run in parallel and get about 6 min on a single pack with my CS8 and DSLR.

Luis I have used the QC6200 and FF9000. Most recently the FF9000. But I don't have anything standard on my copter so flight time comparisons wouldn't mean anything.

I've been using gens ace 4S5500 packs and they work great. However they those are the highest MH they provide so I have 2 set of 4 packs I fly with. I'm looking at trying the QC 4S10000 packs but would lose 2000mh but also drop 1.5lbs of battery. Not sure how the tradeoff would do as I'm also looking at maybe stepping up to a 6S system

That is way too long, Luis.
What is the voltage coming out of the AC outlets? What do you have the Thunderpower charger set to in terms of AC setting?
I am just speculating, but I wonder whether you have 120 AC but the Thunderpower charger set to 240 volts?

I am not sure what model of Thunderpower you have but something is very clearly badly wrong with the charger.

Is there any chance you could try with a different charger? If you get the same results (short flight times) then it's the LiPo's themselves. If you get longer flight times, then it's the charger.

Are there any testing updates on the 10,900 packs? looking for some feedback before a bulk purchase. If not, any comparable recommendations for 4s (and 6s) packs in the 8-11000 may range?

    Cheers Andy,

I was looking for numbers on long term performance, across the models after 75-100 cycles each, and beyond.

Longevity, imho, would greatly offset the cost per discharge, and low initial investment.

I agree. I've been wondering about doing that kind of research, but I haven't flown the batteries for enough cycles to merit re-testing them.

I'll make it a point to log full data on ours for the 2014 season.

And thank you for the concise reporting. Your professional guides are a refreshing change from the "Big Johns Big Lipo Shootout!!" style fodder, that usually populate the tech articles these days, as it pertains to RC use.

    Best,

    PT
