Hi, So according to Tabb, autotune works perfectly when the movi pro is balanced and everything is tight, but this hasn't been my experience. It seems to work ok, but I can feel slight vibrations in the ring when operating. These vibrations don't seem to be translating to the camera, however it is disconcerting to have any vibrations, so to be on the safe side I lower the stiffness on all three axis. I have lots of experience with the M10 and M15, but new to the Movi Pro. Should I expect to feel slight vibrations in the ring when operating, or would you say I am doing the right thing by reducing the stiffness of the motors? Any feedback is appreciated
I would play with autotune between 35 and 45. Anything over 45 I've noticed oscillations. Also make sure your on the Blackjack firmware, huge difference in power. Also make sure the pan balance is perfect, thats the one axis that create vibrations in my experience.
