Hey guys! I am running an EVA 1 on a MoVi Pro. Works great in most situations but I'm running into one issue. It is extremely important for me to be able to transition from Movi to handheld/sticks and back very quickly. To accomplish this, I purchased a nato rail so I can slide the Movi top plate off and slide a top angle and monitor on quickly. This raises the camera height by a significant amount and I have no more room in the "cage" to mount a quick release riser on the bottom. To fix this, I am looking for the thinnest quick release system available and still not sure that would work. The best fix would be to replace the side rods of the cage with longer rods(approximately an inch longer should work). Has anyone done this, and if so, where can the rods be found? Thanks!
I did it on my movi m5 ages ago. I am sure its similar procedure. Just buy longer ones and slide each one out one by one
