Can you post a video of your problems? someone might be able to tell you whats going on just by watching.
Looks you need new batteries. you can find what you need here https://freeflysystems.com/knowledge-base/what-kind-of-batteries-does-movi-use or try a couple of different usb cables
See if you can find a local source for batteries and replace the battery. Sometimes you end up with a bad battery or unit. I assume you have opened a ticket with free fly. They have not been big on supporting this model, but they are not crooks, in my experience.
