Now I’ve really got issues! The controller “bricked” during the firmware upgrade. I plugged things in followed the instructions, started the firmware upgrade, it gave me the status of beginning the transfer, etc……and then “file sending error”. I tried again same thing. Now the controller is dead. Please help! Steve

Wanted to give an update..... I opened a ticket with Freefly and Chris Harrison got me sorted with just a few emails. Bottom line, I needed to upgrade incrementally and not go right to the latest firmware. Also, he recommended that I find a PC instead of my Mac, that worked perfect, even though the controller was dead after my attempt. Great Freefly service, really appreciate it!
