Suddenly none of our Altas will connect to our Android Phones. Are there any plans to make this work again?

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having. I don't think this should be happening -- did you open up a ticket with Freefly Support at https://freeflysystems.com/contact ?

I just checked mine today. No issues with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with my Alta 8.

This is an issue specific to Android OS 9 that has to do with new location permissions that the app doesn't have UI elements for.

We are working to resolve this issue!

In the meantime, Android devices running previous OS releases, or iOS devices will work to connect and configure your Alta.
