Hello guys, I had a some tune problem and i checked all forum. I did not found any solution, if is there a someone have solution I would be happy. I tried different setups but now my test setup is Movi M10 and Canon 60D. I had a noise just at PAN motor. I will tell my problem step-by-step; - Very well balanced. - Checked camera mount. - Checked all screw. I tested auto tune like %50 and %70. After that I tried possible high stiffness settings and other settings as in manual. Still I have a pan noise on apple mobile app tuning screen. I watched some tutorials and videos, there is no any noise at pan indicator.
Did you try turning up your Pan Filter a bit? Can you post screenshots of all your settings from your app?
Thanks Graham, Still we have a noise problem with M10 and i will add some footage our last test. We tested cinema camera and dslr results are same. Also we try different tune and filters.
