I'm working with the Movi API and designing a little PCB that's connected to the MIMIC via COM1 port.
My pcb draws very little current and I can easily power it with the +5v supplied by the COM 1 port.
Now I'm wondering if I can do the opposite and actually charge the MIMIC supplying it with 5v on that same port.
I would, of course, power it with a regulated supply; is this doable? Is it ok to do? Do I run any risk?

    Thanks!

Icopo: I seem to recall that the answer is no, there's not enough current available -- but that could well be my failing memory. You might want to open up a ticket with Freefly Support and the best way of doing that is to head over to https://freeflysystems.com/contact
