Hi, I did not find any information about my topic. I can use another start/stop cable with several cameras. But I can't use with Canon 60D. Sometimes I can use just for photo mode but shooting a photo take several seconds. Also I couldn't see anything for a while, jest black screen. I couldn't use start/stop cable at video mode. So what can i do for solution? Do you have any advice? Thanks.
hey Mehmet you dont say what cable you are using at the moment? we use a gentwire-forcus 018c3 cable for ours 5dmkiii, We get the black screen too its about 1 sec delay, its weird you cant stop/start movie but can take photos!! canon cameras have no fancy camera switch inside so if as long as the plug fits you should be able to wire any switch to make it work i have tested a few playing around lol

I bought from Freefly https://store.freeflysystems.com/products/lightweight-lanc-cable Really fancy and lighweight Freefly item as always but it doens't work for video. I don't know why and also we get black screen few sec. at photos. Now can you use at videos or do you have any solution?
