Hello. Been laying low for a while but still using my Movi CR a lot. I have seen several comments over the past months about the horizon level being off while the roll is locked. I have had this problem since day 1. While on a flat surface, the Movi CR is slightly tilted, not level. Has anyone come up with a solution? I know other gimbals I have used allow for adjustment of the horizon level in software. The Movi CR is a great tool, kind of disappointed in the slow evolution or lack of evolution in the software.
Roll trim was added to the Beta Movi app for iOS last month. Info on getting and using the beta app can be found in this thread.
Thank you Bryan. Installed the beta and upgraded the firmware. The roll trim (as I'm sure you already knew) worked perfectly.
Hi all! I was hoping to try the beta app after reading what some of you posted but the Testflight app is requiring a code from an invite email. Can anyone assist me with how to get the email (code)? Thanks you so much!!
Just head back to the iOS instruction page on your phone, now that you have TestFlight installed, and you'll see a link to sign up as a tester. Then look for the email from Testflight in the following 24-48 hours, with a code or link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Fr0NFMhB
