Hi! I have just received the Pilot with focus unit and found that everything worked quite easily except that I need the y-axis (when set to tilt) to be reversed so as to match my MoVi controller..ie push up and the MoVi tilts up etc ....I contacted customer support and they said to re calibrate the force joystick but to reverse the inputs...i.e min middle max becomes max middle min...I have tried this numerous times and when I finish the sequence the MoVi Pro moves constantly and does not centre anymore...I did get the y-axis reversed but the ability to properly control the actions of the MoVi have totally gone!! I am not sure what I have done wrong...I tried resetting to factory but even that has the MoVI moving constantly.... Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
