Hello, We have a very seldom used M15 and Cinema controller. The last time we used it everything worked....(about a year ago!) Trying to bind the two everything goes as per the instructions and they appear to bond. But we get no TX battery or link status info in the controller display. We cannot control the MoVi but if we look at the MoVi monitor page on the controller and manipulate the MoVi with our hand, we can see the data changing. And if we put the Controller in 'mimic' mode we get control using the joystick. But still no data battery/connection data display we would expect to see. Any ideas of what might be awry? There's a number of things it could be, but can you make a video that shows your problem, and walk us through it? Include in the video your transmitter, receiver, app settings (especially Remote\Dual Op settings), the charts, etc? And your Remote\Majestic\Kill switch on the Transmitter? That might help narrow things down. Even if you shoot with your phone and post to YouTube as an unlisted link, or Vimeo with a password? It would probably help us, and if nothing else, if you have to contact Freefly Support, they'll probably want a video too.
