    Hello,

We can't get any GPS sats on our Movi XL and thus the roll hold performance is terrible when doing fast vehicle chasing.

Anyone else facing no GPS sat issue here?

Our problems seems to be a broken GPS cable. The cable is stacked into a tight area, and it's very fragile. In case you face a problem like mine, just check out the GPS antenna cable.

Thanks for posting that Ozkan -- good to know if, as you say, someone else has the same issue.

    Cheers

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having, Mostafa. This forum is primarily intended for dialogue between Freefly's customers, not as a primary means of getting technical support from Freefly -- for that you need to open up a ticket with Freefly Support and the best way of doing that is to head over to https://freeflysystems.com/contact

That said, when their workload permits, I do know that Freefly technical support will occasionally review some of the threads on the forum, but opening up a ticket really is the optimal way to get support.
