Hello, I am really in need of some help. I need to update my firmware on my controller to be able to use it with my FIX motors. However I am unable to update.. I have the USB A-A Data Cable plugged into my Macbook Pro (2012) Laptop and the other side plugged into the controller on the back facing usb port. The controller turns on and is powered from the cable. However when I launch the updater software nothing shows up in the "Select COM Port". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I believe I have all the correct drivers installed but again not completely sure. Thanks!
Ian -- did you resolve this -- we had a dialog on FF's FB page so I think it might have been resolved, but I'm not sure.
