I'm on the fence between these two. I haven't used the Tilta and have only tested the Ready Rig a couple of times. It looks like the Tilta might be better at stabilizing/smoothing footsteps. Also the Tilta looks like it has a smaller footprint then the Ready Rig but has more moving parts and things that can fail over the Ready Rig.
I got the amor man used it intensely on a series and I am super happy with it. A lot of tuning up possible
