I didn't want to drill a hole into the Sony PS4 holder so I made this wee bracket to clamp around the holder with the suction mount cut off... Then I realised I can do a nicer Kip Lock version with 13mm spud in the back of the Mimic. So I'll be making a few of these for fun if anyone's interested.
Nice work, Dale. The bracket doesn't look 3D printed -- how did you fabricate it? It's milled in alloy. I do a fair bit of design work with my vibration isolators so sending something off to be machined in the same order like this is fairly easy and it's nice to get a fully finished piece of metal back with anodising.
well, you buy your PS4 controller and the sony phone holder and then my two parts would be about $100. Not that cheap but a nice tidy solution.
