Hi everyone. Need some urgent help setting up a Movi Controller with the Movi Pro for a shoot tomorrow. The first problem I encountered during the build out was that the Movi Controller doesn't have a FIZ Info option in the menu, just FIZ config. Long story short - I can't get the Movi Controller to communicate with a Redrock motor which is plugged into the F motor port with the proper cable. So I figured I would update the firmware of the Controller. I am following all the instructions but I am not getting the Comm port to show up on the Controller, and if I try to proceed anyways I get the "Bootloader Didn't Respond!" error message in the updater app. I installed every version of the FTDI driver I could find, but nothing is working.

    Please help!
