    Hey guys,
Can any 2.4Ghz whip antenna be used as a replacement for the one on the mimic? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes -- I hesitate only because I've not measured the standing wave ratio (the SWR is a measure of how well the impedance of an antenna is matched to the transmitter's). You might want to email to support@freeflysystems.com before you try it Josh, otherwise there's a risk that you'll convert the transmitter to a paperweight (and not a very heavy one at that).

My mimic controller broke - some small washer looking piece. Had to order a new one through Freefly but wish I just through gaff tape on it to save some money. Guess I have a backup now!
