Did you get a Spektrum to COM cable? I got my Movi Pro today, but the Spektrum cable is the one thing that didn't ship yet.

Ciao Graham, thanks for the reply.
Why do I have to have a COM cable?
I thought it was enough to bind as in the manual to assign the transmitter.
I must make a special procedure?

    Ciao Luigi!

I'm not really familiar with the Spektrum DXe, but it looks like a lower-cost controller. I can't tell if it will work for the Movi -- it may not. You probably should contact Freefly Support and ask them: support@freeflysystems.com

I used a DX7s with my Movi, and the receiver was the AR8000 (just the little satellite part of it): https://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=SPMAR8000

You need to connect a receiver to the Movi Pro for it to receive a Spektrum signal, and that requires a COM port cable. This is the cable that Freefly sells to adapt the Spektrum satellite receiver to the Movi: http://store.freeflysystems.com/collections/movi-pro/products/movi-pro-com-to-spektrum-cable

It was the one thing that didn't ship with the Movi Pro this week, so when you said you had a Spektrum, I got excited that maybe you'd received the cable. I need it to plug in my Veracity Wheels from PLC.

This is a photo of the little AR8000 satellite receiver on my old Movi M15:
