    Hi,

Sat here with a Connex and a RED Epic Dragon. The ground unit says 'video signal not supported' does anyone know how to fix this? Im assuming its a red output setting?

    Cheers,

    Will

Sorted. Was outputting 50hz instead of 25!

Hey Will, ran into a similar problem last week. Maybe a dumb question, but how did you change the HZ rate from 50 to 25? Was it on the Connex or RED? I don't have a RED at my fingertips to test but thinking that was the same problem we had. Thanks!

Yes it was in the video output settings for the HDMI port on the red epic. Change it to 25 and you should have a link. I haven't actually played about with the settings on the Connex but it might support 50hz, you'd just have to select that so you can probably solve the issue from either end. Much easier from the RED end though! Good luck!
