Hi What SDI to HDMI converter are you using, when your wireless setup with the Amimon Connex? I bought a cheap one, and it puts out HDCP and not HDMI. And Connex does not support HDCP...
I'm using an SDI HD-SDI to HDMI converter from Amazon with the Alexa mini and Connex. It works well just as long as you supply 5v power to the converter. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ATNLJ80?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s01
Hmm Thats looks a lot like the one I bought. I bought this one: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/SDI-..._78_77_80,searchweb201644_5,searchweb201560_9 Answer fra Amimon: Please note that we've seen converters that output the HDMI signal as HDCP signal from some reason, which CONNEX does not support. The Portta SDI to HDMI is an example.
I bought the Portta you linked, but that didn't work either. I found a Atomos converter that only weight about 100gr. That one works great.
Hi stefan could please send the link of mim he exact converter u know works same problem here ising mini Alexa Thanks
It's this one I use now. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/964939-REG/atomos_atoms2h002_1xs2h_converter_1_2600mah.html

We've been using these ones with good results. Just strip away the housing and put some heat shrink tube on it and you have a very lightweight cheap solution. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1080P-Min...315957?hash=item25b197f575:g:r3gAAOSw6dNWT1T-
