"Device is connected but not responding. Do not continue if the device bootstrap jumper is not in place! Do you wish to continue?"

Ricardo what are you trying to do? Software update? Do you have the jumper? It is used if you lock up the system that you are trying to update.

I Gary, I would like to update the softwere, but I can't linking the mimic with the bleutooth and also with wifi adapter. Yes I have the jumper but do you know how I can use it? When i bind both device, the green light of both has the same blinking all the time.

Just had same problem this is how I fixed:

Download MIMIC 1.4 Firmware here: http://freeflysystems.com/software-manuals/beta/software-by-product
Connect Unplug the 5 pin from the Mimic Transmitter leave plugged into the bigger GPS AND ANTENNA BOX
Short pins 1 & 5 with some kind of thin wire. This will cause reset firmware mode to enable
Leave the shorted wire in for the rest of the update
Plug in the USB cable to power source
From computer open the Movi App and connect via bluetooth
It will ask if you are sure you want to continue? say yes
upload the MIMIC 1.4 Firmware to the mimic.
    unplug mimic from power source
remote the 5 pin cable short
plug 5 pin back into smaller MIMIC transmitter box
plug mimic back into battery to turn on
    problem solved.

    hope this helps.

    Best,
    John
