    Hey Guys,

can you recommend a nice data viewer for the .csv files generated by the ALTA? Maybe the Freefly Guys can offer their tool with which they did the initial flight report, stored on the sd card...?

    Kind regards

    Jan

    Awesome!
I've done a little massaging of the logs to at least get the lat/lon info into Google Earth, but I'd love to see all of it, especially machine health info, etc.

Im keen on this too. Wanting to know how my batteries are performing as they arent a known brand.

Can anyone help me with this? Is there another way to test the quality/load of the batteries and what numbers are acceptable?

If you have a Hyperion charger it gives you useful information like the amount of charge the battery accepted and the internal resistance. Other vendors' batteries probably do the same thing.

The best thing to do is just monitor individual battery's performance over time -- lateral comparisons with other batteries does not really tell you what you need to know (which is change with respect to time).

Thanks Andy, yep mine is hyperion and has that. just dont know how to measure its performance from that.

They are batteries custom made from China, supposedly a big factory, but its the only way to get them into my country. as they are double wrapped in shrink wrap hiding the true labels! LOL

Each time you use a battery make a note of how much charge it delivered, then when you charge, how much charge the battery accepts.

Also monitor the internal resistance of the battery. If it starts to increase dramatically, the battery is telling you bye-bye.

    Oh, you mean Tattu/Gensace. :)

    Andy.

They are called onbo power but allow me to have my own labels which is good for branding lol

They probably all come from the same factory to be honest.

    Thanks for the advice!
