following up on a previous thread.....anybody have any luck on extending the side tubes on the M10 to accomodate a slightly longer camera body ? FS7? I've mounted it on the M10 or flying on a cinestar but the tilt up was limited using a heavier prime since I had to move the camera back further. I've read on a post a couple of years ago that you cannot pull the rods off the left side of the gimbal. Adding an inch of space will solve the problem. Anyone know the size of the tubes ? 25mm ?

Im making adapter plate with weights, Ill keep you posted. The easiest way would be to have extended carbon rods, but Unfortunately freefly peeps wont let me know what glue they are using to lock the aluminum to carbon.
If anybody else has any other solution please let me know
