    Hi there,

After coming back from a job, we can't seem to get the roll working on the M15 when operating the remote.

It's not an issue with the roll motor as it works when I'm in the Freefly Configurator and adjust the Map Remote Roll Trim. I'm on the latest Firmware, done the usual factory default but nothing.

Does anyone have ideas on what could be the problem? Has anyone else had the same issue?

    Thanks

Check the mapping in the MoVI GUI and make sure the roll trim is still set on channel "-4".

On the Remote, can you get to the Monitor screen and verify that left/right movement of the LEFT stick causes Channel 4 (RUD) to move?

The other thing to check is which "Model" is selected -- if the Model has been changed that could cause some problems.

Which model of Remote are you using? DX7s or DX8?

    Andy.

The model of the remote is DX8.

    Thanks, Rob.
Do you see Channel 4 moving on the Monitor screen?

    Andy.

have had the same issue on my M15 for awhile w the M Controller..

Roll Trim works fine thru app/tablet (so I've not sweated it/been busy), but nothing thru M Controller, neither dedicated "Roll Trim" buttons, nor when other-wise mapped to Iris etc..

Dan: You don't need to have the MōVI Controller connected to th MōVI for this test, but can you:

    1. Power up the MōVI Controller.
    2. Go into the TX monitor screen.
    3. Scroll down until you see roll trim.
    4. Press the left (or right) roll trim buttons in the center of the MōVI Controller repeatedly. Do you see the Roll Trim number changing? (If you press and hold you have to wait about three seconds before anything happens).

Do you see the Roll Trim value changing?
    Andy.
