Anyone use a IKAN wireless FF (PD Movie)?? Sold my trusty, but rarely used, BARTECH...Now searching for a wireless follow focus that is more affordable( but I don't want junk...does it exist. Thanks for suggestions Sean
Hi Sean, I bought one with a friend last year. We've been using it since then without a glitch. We bought with a high torque and a normal torque motors. The high torque is used only with heavy zoom lens, we never need it on a focus on a prime lens, the normal torque is more than enough. The down side is that the motors are a little too heavy in my opinion. Flying is out of the question for me. The range is pretty good. It comes with 2 antenna kits, one very small for short distance but it goes for more than 150m in our tests and another kit for long range. I'm almost sure that it doesn't work with the FF MoVI controller but their TX is simple and efficient. Summing it all up. In my opinion it's a good value for the money, simple and get the job done.
