Hello from San Francisco, We have been working with the Movi M5 for 5 months now, and updated to the latest firmware today. Mid-way through, my laptop did not have enough ram to finish. Too many apps where open. I force quit all the apps minus freely, but it would not resume. Now The M5 won't communicate with the IOS. It will pair, but nothing beyond that. Anyone know a fix? Sounds like we pre-ordered at the very beginning, so the M5 did not ship with a dongle cable. Anyone in SF have this cable? Thanks again.

Yeah -- definitely email to support@freeflysystems.com. The jumper shorts pins 1 and 5 to force the gimbal controller into bootloader mode. Post again if you have further issues, though. Andy.
