    hey guys!

i would like to upgrade from my dji s900 to a cinestar 8. what makes me a little bit nervous, is the centerframe of the cs8. it looks so weak with all the cutouts. but i guess you all like your cinestars because i couldnt find any bad statements concerning this. i am used to the flexing s900 centerframe and want to avoid buying another weak frame ...

    thanks
    daniel

This is a CS8 hub. A total AUW around 10-11 kg. No Problem:)

Personally I have loved the design overall. I originally my octo frame from quad copter when they first came out so the top & bottom plate were only designed for DSLR as the heaviest. The plates were only 2mil I think and now that I have upgraded (many times) and now carry a RED I could see the flex in the plates. It flew fine but very hard to stabilize. I have since made my own G10 plates for top and bottom which have no flex at all but retained the same design. It works great. I think the the newer plates are around 3 mil which would make them much stiffer anyway.
