Please tell me they sell the legs separately. I broke one and just realized the old cinestar v2 legs are like 2 inches shorter.
heres some links v2 http://www.quadrocopter.com/CineStar-Landing-Gear-v2_p_396.html http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/390732868057 http://www.heliguy.com/multirotor/f...tar-spares/freefly-cinestar-landing-gear.html
go figure they don't sell it, they make you buy the m5 mr kit complete...i don't understand that logic at all.
Hey Tristan...Sorry to hear about the break. Just to help you understand the logic behind the response we provided. We rarely receive requests for a single leg and they are purchased in sets. So if we sell them individually, we would need to start ordering them that way or we break up sets. That said, I am checking to see if there is anything else we can do to help you out in this specific instance. I will shoot you a note via the support ticket you submitted. Cheers, Denise
It is rather impressive to be honest that is all that broke along with some props but I can see selling the legs as a set but it is just a bummer if one leg breaks you have to spend 300 dollars on the whole multi rotor kit for the m5 and you get the star plate and booms etc. Is there no plans to sell the legs separate like is available now for the cinestar landing gear? I know they are selling for 70 dollars per leg but still that is better than 300 if you only need one. I appreciate the response and explanation though Denise.
If you have a friend with a CNC machine, the legs should be pretty easy to replicate at very low cost.
Ya i ended up managing to get them from freefly. for two leg halves shipped it was almost 100 dollars but still better than paying 300 for the whole mr kit when i only needed the one leg.
