Yes, i was -6 and with -11 on imu it was good but, the payload was a plastic bag with some rocks in it so the CoG was really 5 cm lower.
I I'm out for work in Cervinia but if i remember good they was at last 180;180;135;160 atti 110;110 with higher gain specially on the vertical still shack in descending and ascending so i think that these are the best but i will work again with the gimbal and the camera for a perfect setup.
Hi Philipp, i've been out for work. I hope that i can keep on trying the CS on Saturday. I'm a little happyier but not at all as the CS is not still like a rock, i don't know if i can explain soo well. I've bought the Cs 3 axis gimbal that will arrive next week. I'll keep all of you on date and if any one as any good idea for improvement i'll be happy to try. Hope to find definitely the setup for saturday.
The thing´s you have explain are the same problem that i have with my cs8. It hase a small jitter. I am not sure where these jitter is from. Today i start a thread about vibration damper for the IMU. I am not sure, but i think it is not normal on wkm
But....do you think that it's a problem of wkm? why other people with cs and wkm don't have any problem?
I am Not sure. It could be that the other wkm Users are Not so Hard And think it is okay. Today a Guy from Germany Write me he Hase the Same Problems with am s800. I think about the it could come frome the Version of the wkm. I have an Old One. With the Black Buttons in the side of the GPS Modul
Hi Phillipp: If it's not too much trouble, would you be kind enough to change your user name to your real first name and last name, please? The reasons for this are explained here: http://forum.freeflysystems.com/index.php?threads/real-names.497/ Thanks, Andy.
Hi guys, I am running the wookong m controller and have the v2 compass/gps module and my cinestar 8 has a wobble as well. I have tried upping/lowering gains, re-checking the imu, gps measurements, and no changes seem to have any effect on the wobble. I have axi 2814/22 motors with hobbywing 60a escs and am running xoar 14x4 wooden props, at the start of the thread someone mentioned they changed to apc 12x3.8 and the wobbles improved, I might give this a go. I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this effect, it is driving me mad, I don't know whether to change props, escs or everything!! I will upload a video of the wobbles later, any advice would be great. Marty
That´s the same as me. The Kopter was first use with MK electronics and it fly well (without altitude hold and gps) the configuration is the same as wookong. The only change "" is that the WKM is without fibration damping.
The video is here, the wobbles are very evident, the wind was about 10mph, I don't know what to do, or even if it is the wookong, maybe the radians on the gimbal that are setup wrong? Again, any advice would be appreciated. Marty
It´s the same effect then me, but a bit stronger. I also see these effect when the copter fly indoor and is parked in a special high Here is an video. It is a bit windy but looks same indoor
Hi Philipp, Out of curiosity have you had any luck getting the 8 to fly any better? I am still scratching my head! What escs are you using? Its driving me crazy Marty
Hi Marty, i habe no idea Where it is from. The strange Thing is that i have also the Problem when the Copter fly Indoor without Wind. There it is also Shake. :-/ I use xoar 14/5 Props and RedBrick 70a ESC with simonK
Hi guys, i haven't got any time to try it up, but i have to for next week, i'll keep you informated, i think i'm goig to try with some softer tape under the imu, maybe it's better......Any other ideas about it?
In this thread http://forum.freeflysystems.com/index.php?threads/wookong-vibration-damping.565/ i started a discussion about vibration damping. But no one reply, i ithink it is a hot topic ;-) With my MK Cinestar i had also an special Vibration Daping system on the FC, and it was a very big difference to the normal dampers. Rock soilid also in windy condition.
Hi Phillipp: The lack of reply might be either because there are other threads going (which there certainly are) and/or not that many people are flying Wooking (I'm not certain about this). But vibration is certainly a hot topic. As Tabb put it: If it flies, it vibrates. Do a search on the forum for "vibration" and you'll see what I mean. You might need to limit the search by adding additional keywords. Hope this helps. Andy.
That´s right, Vibration could be an reason. But i also had no problems with MK electronics on the same construction. DJI tell WKM owners the u have to use just the Tape whats in the Box and mount it hard to the frame.
