I have a very dumb question, maybe not so dumb? I am cusoming my M10 with monitors/audi and so on, a friend of mine just asked me why I don't use the top handle of the C300 itself on the bar, cause there's a monitor (ok, not to good), audio, LUT, start stop and the cables seem long enough. Why is nobody doing this?
I use the Movi with C300 often and never used it with the monitor. The reasons are: 1- Not enough clearance to have it freely moving the tilt (monitor hits the yaw motor when tilting) 2- A slight change on the monitor angle upsets the whole gimbal balance 3- The third axis boom gets in front of the monitor even when I succeeded to mount the C300 on the Movi All of this assuming you meant using the camera as a whole and not mountig the monitor separate from the C300.
