big problem with connection

    i have a problem when i start my movie with a soft the movie this diconnect already

    More information would be helpful. Sometimes a short mobile phone video showing a problem can help explain a situation if English is not your first language.

    since the update my freefly configurator is disconnected with my M5 , it connects and disconnects soon . you have a solution?

    This sounds like a problem that has happened with many people where the MōVI is "bricked" after a firmware update. Unfortunately you may have to contact Freefly at support@freeflysystems.com to get a small hardware dongle that you can use to repair the system.
