Matija haven't seen that one before. While we wait to see if anyone on the forum responds send an email to support@freeflysystems.com. Let them know what MoVI GUI app you have installed and the operating system on your computer.

This is an error being reported from within Microsoft Windows -- it relates to the installation of the so-called .NET part of Windows.
Do you have any other Bluetooth devices connected to your computer that are working correctly?

In which case, I suspect (I'm just guessing), you may have a mangled installation of .NET on your machine.

You might want to consider deliberately installing the current version of .NET -- it's version 4.5.1.
That said, I don't know what version of of Windows you are using -- so you'll have to check with Mrs. Google to find out which is the most recent version for the operating system you're running.

Be sure to do a restart of your machine after you do the installation just to be sure that the newer version of .NET is running.

The next step would be to enable Bluetooth (if it does not default to enabled) and see what devices show up in the EDIT device manager. Do you see the m5 show as a device with a catchy little name like FFS-D5E2?

Based on what you say, the problem is a Microsoft Windows/.NET issue -- there are quite a few Google search results if you search for:

    System.Net.Sockets.SocketException

Sorry I can't be of more help....I've not seen this particular problem before.
