"Following the procedure throttle up to left + right stick down = one beep...face copter north, right stick down = two beeps...should start chattering at me and I would proceed to roll it, but it's silent. Any other ideas? Gotta be something wrong with the compass..." Are you facing the copter north before start calibrating? Starting the calibration and facing north wont work please follow the video [/quote]
I'm having the same issue discussed here http://forum.freeflysystems.com/ind...the-nc-has-no-communication-with-the-fc.1716/
I'm assuming the reason my compass is not calibrating is due to the fact that the FC is not communicating my transmitter inputs to the navi/gps...checking all my connections, although I do not have a multimeter handy
So you have error 3 problem. If you read that discussion you of would noticed I mentioned double checking your cables from the NC TO FC. this is most likely cause of error 3. I just watched your video and I noticed it dx7 satellite was flashing but you can start your motors which i find weird! They meant to be solid light when both tx and rx are on.
Yes I wondered about that as well...most of the time it is solid, but others it flashes and does let me fly... Thinking its the 6 pin ribbon cable. I detach it from the FC and nothing changes in MK Tools
