    Hey guys,

Sorry to message you on a Sunday, but I NEED YOUR HELP :(

Two of our three Movi's took a dump after doing the most recent update (We own 3 MOVI's, 2 M10's, 1 M5, the new Movi Controller, and bought 20k plus in accessories from you guys)...

We followed the instructions step by step. The updates worked perfectly for the M5, the two M10's went to hell :(

This is what each of the M10's are doing now...

First M10 is powering on and connecting to the freefly software but the motors are not getting any power.

Second M10 is turning on for seconds and turning off instantly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - we are dead in the water and loosing tens of thousands being down right now.

    Thanks again!

Wow sorry to hear that. Feel free to use this app to locate local Movi owners that can help to bail you out of a jam. We're still updating the app to help improve its accuracy, so let us know about any feedback if it helps.

What did you use to update it? Mac/PC/Android?

It's important to note that when you update the firmware, it resets all the motors to 0 Stiffness so make sure you change them to a higher than zero number. Alternatively, you can load a previous setting (assuming you saved one).

    Thanks Eric,

We updated on a Mac, and the previous settings worked for one. The other seems to be having problem even turning on.

First M10 needs the settings re entered as mentioned above because after the update they are all reset to 0. Second M10 you will have to wait for someone else to chime in. Good news is it sounds like the first m10 will still work.

I assume you're using Mac v1.522 of Configurator since you updated the other two, and does the "dead" M10 connect to it?

our red m10nsetup is back up and running now. after the update we tried adjusting the stiffness settings with no avail. we loaded a previous saved settings and it fired right up! we just need to re upload the firmware now on our other m10 with the jumper cable installed. Chris from free fly called me last night (sunday) to help us out. im extremely impressed with the customer service from freefly. to respond like that on a sunday was awesome and top notch!

    Thanks again Chris!!

    Update!

second M10 is working after using the jumper cable and re installing the 3.08 firmware
