    Are there any restrictions on flying in Portugal, Spain and Italy Im planing a trip and want to take a Discovery w/ a Gopro, apart from exercising common sense safety and good flying judgment any restrictions?

    Hi Jose,

    I've spoken with a few people regarding flying in Europe! Spain has a blanket ban, Portugal don't have any regulations, whilst Italy do and you would need to talk to the Italy NAA. The most complicated issue for us at the moment is moving lipos abroad and this is something which requires knowledge of IATA. Let us know if you find out any more as I'm sure this information will come in useful for other members too!

    Please note that all my comments relate to commercial flying and as a recreational flier, I'm not sure where you would stand other than to use common sense and not fly over people, crowds, animals or buildings without permission.

    Thanks Stefanie I'm just taking a holiday trip and wanted to take a small copter for fun gopro world
