Can anyone contact me directly to see where this issue may lie? 951-306-4616

DX7s remote is unbound (apparently) and does not pair to MoVI even through bind process. New firmware tested afterwards, still no joy.

Casey do you see the light on the Spektrum Satellite recv confirming that it is getting power? Assume you followed the steps shown in the bind video from the folks at Quadrocopter?

Check if the receiver is set to Spektrum in the app. I had it set to Futaba S-Bus after fw upgrade…..

Hello I have had the same problem. Was on a shoot, remote was working fine and then on the second day the Movi wasnt responding at all to the DX7S remote. Theres no flashing red light on the satellite apart from when I initially power the Movi on. Has it unbound or something?

It sounds like it has lost the binding to the transmitter. Can you use the Configurator app to re-bind it? Or have you tried that and it doesn't work?

Haven't tried yet as I need to find someone who can lend me a windows lap top with blue tooth. Or do other platforms have the binding function now?

I've rebound the receiver using the Android app on a Nexus 7.

Kindle is a world unto itself, I'm afraid. I've not heard of anyone getting the FF Configurator to run on a Kindle.

    Jamie,

After a very costly shipping back to FFS, they determined that it was due to a partially cut receiver cable.

ah right. Was that the cable on the satellite? Suppose that explains why it doesn't light up any more.
