Ah I see. Well, Canon is supposed to make one that is included with the camera, but I've never actually seen one and it didn't come with our camera... Taken from page 14 of 1Dc Manual:

One thing I would add is that having a super-thin and light cable on the FF makes a world of difference when balancing and to get pretty high stiffness numbers (giving you better stabilization) on the MoVI. This also allowed us to minimize the parts we needed to have near the camera and instead we moved those to the handles. Austin Glass (you can find him in the forums too) makes a cable has worked wonders for us.
