HELP! M10 NOT WORKING

    Our Movi M10 doesn't want to boot. It's the dreaded 3 flashing lights. It boots maybe once out of twenty tries. We already detached and re-attached all the cables, including the one for the IMU. Still doesn't boot. what could be the problem?

    Have you tried using a fully charged battery?

    Tried a fully charged battery just now. Still the same. Not booting

    Can you take a video and show us exactly how you start it up please?
    Also make sure all the connectors are clean before replugging the cables in (use something like an air duster can).
    And when you do plug them in, push hard!

    Email support before you go pushing hard on anything. They should be able to walk you through the issue and diagnose what's going on fairly quickly.

    When it does boot up, does it function correctly?

    I put $$ on the IMU cable- replace it.

    Yes, Brett, it functions properly when it boots up.

    Does it work for an extended period? Did you try replacing the IMU cable with the spare cable?
