    Hi.
Just rebuilt my cinestar8 from MK to Herkules3 and DJI A2 and longer arms.
Test weight without gimbal is about 5,6kg. I wonder if you guys have any suggestion what values I should start with in Basic and ATTI? Its equipped with MT3515-12 and apc 15X4, 6s.

    Thanks in advance.

Start with the defaults and go up from there.
Remember that you don't have to assign big values for a heavy lifter.
The values in the gains is how quick or slow the multi responds and not how heavy it is.
The lower the values the slower will respond. for a heavy lifter this is what you want.
For banging around use higher values.
If I remember on the last two drones I did using the WKM the values were around 130 and 160 and 180 for the ATTI.

Wow! what a difference! Sorry MK users, I was until today!... CS8 extended + DJI A2 + Herkules III what a combo!

Started as Bill said, at zero wind. And NO, I saying again... NO tuning needed. Did ATTI, GPS and CH with 1(!!) lipo without shitting in my pants as I normally do with MK after every FW update. Released the sticks after 20sec of take of, so comfortable, no worries at all, to pick up my iphone, for both couple of pics and little video. To do that with MK you have to fly like 30 times, tune, tune and tune.. then maybe you dare, for 5 secs :)

Ofc 2 early to say but, damn what a difference, 2 pottis to work with. No more 38267389383 different values in different places to change!

The MK has worked quite well for us, we have done lots of jobs, but also alot of bench tuning. This will give me 96% more free time do something else, like spend some time with my family :D

    Me + A2 + CS + Herkules III = happy

I'm glad it worked for you Sedric.
Now put in a lot of air time and you can fly blindfolded.

    Cheers

    Congrats, Sedric!
I have to say that the latest MK stuff is much more stable. I have had terrific results with the new 6S system I’m using.
But that said, I’m very impressed with some of the results people are getting with the A2.

I agree with you Steve, but people don't want to have to tune and tune all the time.
All systems are good e.g. Zero, DJI, MK, but DJI is the most friendly and easy to tune.
