    Hi all,
just wanted to share our very first recording of the MōVI on skis. We have been skiing with steadicam, gyros, etc. before - but this beast is just outstanding!!!

We have more, but this is the very first take (even with white balance way off) without any stabilization in post - just to show you what is possible.

Edit: here's a short film with a few more shots to give you an even better impression:

More to come soon - hopefully from powder skiing.

We ran into some issues however and may need to do some more finetuning. For example, whenever we touched the gimbal below the pan motor, we had to reinitialize the M10. Luckily we developed a method to do this without stand. I may post a video for you guys on how to do that in the field, not needing anything but the gimbal itself, but I guess others have discovered that before anyway.

That’s super impressive, including the skiing sideways part. ;)

Great footage, this is what it's all about!

Is that actual gyro information represented in the movement of the M10 picture to the left?

Hey guys, thanks! It's so much fun to finally being able to shoot what I had in mind for so long. Brett, good idea, but I'm afraid it's no ;-)

Great footage. Incredible what this thing can do.
The "recreation" video is equally incredible.

Great work! my subject was not quiet as cooperative, but fun to film. All shot in majestic mode.
