For the Radians that are giving you a problem, are you holding them in your hand when you first connect up power to them? If so, you're not allowing them to calibrate. They must be absolutely still for them to calibrate -- they are incredibly sensitive.

I must admit, I have not seen anyone testing a Radian by holding it their hand, so I'm really not sure what kind of performance you can expect.

I would suggest that you might want to mount them as described in the documentation and then test them.

JohnC might have some alternative ideas, however....

    Hope this helps.
    Andy.

    Hello Andy

When i connect to the Power it's the Radian on the table.

I have two Modules without Problems on any position (Pan, Tilt, Roll), but one Modul work crazy.

    -Firmware Upgrade to 1.02
    -Gain set lower
-Any Position Testing ( as in the Documentaion)

    No improvement

    Thx
    Philipp

    Hi Philipp:
Hmm. That is strange. I think either Tabb or JohnC are going to need to step in here as I don't know enough about the internal architectures of the Radian sensors.

    Sorry about that.

    Andy.

Hi Phillip, sorry for the delay...was out of town.

Can you work through the following:

    1) Power it up with all cables disconnected except power and PC and check it initialises OK and the current angle changes as expected

    2) If step 1 is OK, connect the slew channel and verify the slew channel operates properly according to stick position

    3) Then verify the mode channel moves between the coloured sections

    4) If the above does not work, reset to defaults then try again

    Hello Tabb

These steps have been performed several times, unfortunately without success.

With the other two Modules, it works without problems.
