When I was using the M10, the movement has stopped suddenly.
Three motors stops, the camera skewed.
It was like turn off the switch on the controller.
I was put on the stand, the M10. M10 was stopped when I check the image which I took, and reached for the camera.
And leave it alone, and later a few minutes, M10 was suddenly back to life.
Thereafter, the same phenomenon is not happening.
Connector was connected, the battery level is also sufficient.
Does anyone have an experience like the same?
    What about after that?

Hey Tsuyoshi, that's weird I just had a similar problem. Almost every time I touched the gimbal below the pan motor, it stopped working and I had to recalibrate. I had to be extremely careful to press the record button on the camera, or do other adjustments. That happened 2 days ago and I haven't used it since. Is that what you are talking about?

I think it's because there is to much stress on a motor of one axis if touching the moving parts.
The M-10 shuts down if a motor goes in overcurrent protection.

Better to start / stop the cam via remote.

    Best,

    Wolf

Good question to send to support@freeflysystems.com. Without a 'real' answer I agree with Wolf. Put the MōVI in standby or be very gentle.

    Hi Tsuyoshi,

Same problem occurred on set the first day I took my MoVI out. The easiest solution is simply to switch the motors off by flipping the switch on the remote to "Off", just below "Majestic" and "Remote", which will kill the motors without powering down the MoVI, so you can engage the camera to change the battery or switch out cards, and then simply flip the switch back to Majestic or Remote and you won't have to worry about recalibrating.

We have the exact same problem. It just shuts down for no apparent reason.

Hi J! I think your M10 is tired too. Need rest or don't shake so fast.
