    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the IDX CW-1 and/or the Paralinx Arrow system for Wireless HDMI Transmitting to an external monitor.

We're looking to set up our M10 with a system to transmit an HDMI or HD/SDI signal to an external monitor for the remote control user. From what I've read, these two systems are very similar but the IDX is much cheaper (currently on B&H). Any advice on them?

Also just wondering if anyone has any tips for setting either of them up, specifically powering them, what is needed, etc.

We're pretty new to this realm so any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

The IDX is basically the same as the Paralinx Arrow 1 to 1 system, (One transmitter go to One receiver), the cost difference is $100 or so. Where the big advantage to the Paralinx is with the Arrow PLUS. With the PLUS version you can transmit to multiple receivers, (DP, Focus Assit., Video Village, Etc.), which make the system more versatile. Teradek make the Bolt with does the same thing so you might want to compare those two units to decide which you like better.
