My producer is interested to know if we can state that a feature film which just finished in Melbourne, 'Crush' is the first Melbourne, or possibly Australian film, or even Asian film, to have utilised the MōVI M10. It's just a bragging rights thing, but it can help for publicity possibly. The film will be released in February. So just checking if anyone else in Australasia has used one yet for a feature film. Cheers. Also: does IMDb list it as a role yet? BTW: for anyone using a mac, just hold down the 'o' key to get the special character!
Brett, congrats on the feature film. Can´t help you with the other questions, but if I hold down the "o", i only get "ooooooooooooo" ;-) Are you using Mavericks?
you need osx 10.8 for this ''o'' feature otherwise go to keyboard panel, check the box ''show keyboard and characters viewer in the tool bar'', then click on the flag in the tool bar, choose character viewer and tadadaaaaa: ō So easyyy...
Thanks, Joe - that´s what I usually do (or rather don´t because I´m too lazy and just type "o" ;-)). Sorry for hijacking the thread - I´ll leave now!
G'day Brett, congrats on the feature film. We've been using the Movi for a doco and i know of one other company using theirs for a feature (details yet to be released). I'm afraid you wouldn't be the first but definitely amongst the first.
Hi Brett, We used the Movi on a feature that finished shooting 3 weeks ago. Cant say too much about it yet unfortunately. Best regards Matt
